Article 22.2 of Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce[Ley34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico, LSSI-CE] (hereinafter referred to as the LSSI-CE) stipulates that:
